Malcolm
F. MacLean III, a shareholder in MacLean Holloway Doherty Ardiff
& Morse, P.C., practices in the areas of
general civil litigation, criminal litigation, personal injury and
domestic relations. Mr. MacLean received his A.B. from Colby College
and his J.D. from New England School of Law. He is admitted in the
courts of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the
District of Massachusetts, the United States Court of Appeals for
the First Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. MacLean
is actively involved in bar association projects. He is past president
(1994-1996) of the Essex County Bar Association and member of the
Massachusetts Bar Association Board of Delegates. Mr. MacLean is
also a member of the American Bar Association (Family Law Section),
Lynn and Salem Bar Associations, Womens Bar Association, North
Shore Women Lawyers, Massachusetts Bar Foundation, Massachusetts
Association of Trial Attorneys and The Association of Trial Lawyers
of America.
A well-known
leader in business and community service organizations, Mr. MacLean
is a current member of the Headmasters Council of St. Johns
Preparatory School and a former Trustee; a member of the Advisory
Board of Directors of North Shore Catholic Charities; a Corporator
of North Shore Medical Center; an Associate of Partners Health Plan;
Current Chairman of the North Shore Chamber of Commerce; Past President of the Danvers International Kiwanis Club; Past President
of the Danvers Touchdown Club; Past President of the Danvers American
Little League; Past Chair of the Danvers United Way, Heritage Award
and a member of the Essex National Heritage Commission Executive
Committee.
