Thomas
J. Flannagan, an associate with MacLean Holloway Doherty
Ardiff & Morse, P.C., practices in the area of Civil
Litigation. He has represented corporate and individual plaintiffs
and defendants in a wide range of litigation matters, including
personal injury, land use, construction, commercial, products liability,
and medical malpractice litigation.
Mr. Flannagan is a graduate of Ithaca College, Ithaca, New York
(B.A. - Politics, 1990) and Suffolk University Law School, Boston,
Massachusetts (J.D., 1993). He is admitted to practice in the courts
of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District
of Massachusetts.
Prior to joining MacLean Holloway Doherty Ardiff & Morse,
P.C., Mr. Flannagan was an associate for nine years with
the firm of Riley, Burke & Donahue, LLP and worked exclusively
with Patrick J. Riley, now a Justice of the Massachusetts Superior
Court, representing plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury,
premises liability, products liability, and medical malpractice
matters.
Mr. Flannagan is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of
America, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Essex County
Bar Association.
